Melbourne Sann, of Rome, N.Y., started offering tours this summer of his nuclear bunker, Remote Sprint Launch 3, which is part of the Stanley R. Mickelsen Safeguard Complex. He purchased the site during a 2013 government auction and has spent every summer since living there while working on repairs.
GRAND FORKS—North Dakota ranked among states that use the internet least, according to a recent study. The AT&T study suggested that constant internet access is not as common throughout the "10 least internet-obsessed states" as it is in states with more frequent use. South Dakota and Alaska were least obsessed.
