The cause of the fire has not yet been determined by officials.
With Western states enduring a historic drought, some towns are rejecting fireworks as a wildfire risk, even though nearly all civic fireworks displays are safely monitored by firefighters.
According to the Hamiln County Sheriff’s Office, first responders discovered the body inside the home, located about 6 miles west of Bryant, shortly after extinguishing the structure fire on Thursday evening.
