WINNER -- Winner Area remained unbeaten in dual meets after whipping through Stanley County 69-9 on Thursday.
The Warriors (3-0) recorded five pins and six forfeits to secure the win. Jude Sargent pinned Stanley County’s Colton Brady in 37 seconds at 120 pounds, while Kaleb Osborn scored a pin in 1 minute, 8 seconds on Hayden Roggow at 113 pounds. Kaden Keiser (126) pinned Trey frost in 1:36, while Landon Debus (220) pinned Sydney Tubbs in 4:43. Preston Norrid (285) also won by fall in 2:32 against Dylan Endres.
Maxton Brozik also had a 7-4 decision for Winner at 106 pounds.
Winner is slated to compete in the McCook Central/Montrose Invitational on Saturday in Salem.
