PARKSTON -- Corsica-Stickney outlasted Parkston in a back-and-forth five-set match on Tuesday. Set scores were 23-25, 26-24, 25-19, 17-25 and 15-11.

Corsica-Stickney (5-1): Morgan Clites finished with 28 digs. Morgan DeLange recorded 13 kills, while Raven Barse recorded 18 digs, eight kills and three aces. Marisa DeLange served three aces and Avery Broughton finished with 18 digs and 12 kills. Camden Plooster dished out 17 assists. The Jaguars travel to Ethan on Thursday.

Parkston (6-2): Allison Ziebart finished with 21 digs, while Tiah Holzbauer added 17 kills and four aces. Maggie Baumgart put down 11 kills in the loss. The Trojans travel to Lennox on Thursday.

Howard 3, Menno 2

MENNO -- Howard notched a five-set win over Menno on Tuesday. Set scores were 25-23, 24-26, 25-12, 19-25 and 15-12.

Howard (5-2): Kate Connor and Piper Thompson both had a team-high seven kills. Emma Rudebusch and Mia Glanzer both dished out 10 assists and Thompson added six digs. The Tigers host Chester Area on Thursday.

Menno (1-3): Jesse Munkvold finished with 21 digs, 14 kills, three blocks and three aces in the loss. Kaylie Schempp finished with 22 digs, while Kylie Harriman added 22 assists and 16 digs. Madelyn Heckenlaible and Bridget Vaith both chipped in five blocks. The Wolves play in the Bridgewater-Emery tournament on Saturday in Emery.

KWL 3, MVP 2

PLANKINTON -- Kimball/White Lake won the final two sets to top Mount Vernon/Plankinton on Tuesday. Set scores were 27-25, 22-25, 18-25, 25-20 and 16-14.

Kimball/White Lake (4-1): Kennedy Leiferman stuffed the stat sheet with 30 kills, 15 digs and six blocks. Dani Deffenbaugh added 17 kills and 15 digs. Ryann Nielsen served two aces to go with 45 assists. Alison Sinclair served two aces. The WiLdKats travel to Winner on Thursday.

Mount Vernon/Plankinton (5-3): Haley Pickart put down 14 kills in the loss. Maria Baker added 12 kills and six blocks. Jocelyn Manzano finished with 16 digs. The Titans play McCook Central/Montrose on Monday in Mount Vernon.

TYNDALL -- Tripp-Delmont/Armour edged Bon Homme in a five-set marathon match on Tuesday. Set scores were 24-26, 23-25, 25-22, 25-18 and 15-12.

Tripp-Delmont/Armour (2-4): Megan Reiner led the way with 13 kills and two blocks. Gracey Schatz finished with 11 kills and three aces. Hannah Stremick added seven kills, 20 assists and 16 digs. Hannah Whitney posted 16 digs, while Bailey Spaans recorded 20 assists, 16 digs, three aces and two kills. Faith Werkmeister added seven kills and two aces. Emma Fink logged 25 digs. The Nighthawks play Freeman on Thursday in Tripp.

Bon Homme (3-5): McKenzie Carson finished with eight kills, four blocks and 10 digs. Jenna Duffek finished with 25 assists and 16 digs. Jenae Alberts added 18 digs and six kills. WAGNER -- Wagner swept Avon in high school volleyball action on Tuesday. Set scores were 25-21, 25-10 and 27-25.

Wagner (5-1): Abby Brunsing finished with 17 kills and 12 digs. Olivia Breen and Paige Petry both put down 11 digs apiece. Avari Bruguier had seven kills and four aces. Avon (4-3): Ali Sees led the way with seven kills, while Shalayne Nagel finished with five kills. Tiffany Pelton and Hanna Miller finished with three kills. CHAMBERLAIN -- Colome topped Chamberlain in four sets of a prep volleyball match on Tuesday. Set scores were 25-15, 26-24, 25-21 and 25-17.

Colome (6-1): Saydee Heath finished with 10 kills and two blocks. Libbie Petersek added nine kills, six aces and 16 digs. Baylie Hoffine recorded eight kills and 29 digs. SCOTLAND -- Scotland cruised past Andes Central/Dakota Christian on Tuesday for a straight set win. Set scores were 25-8, 25-19 and 25-9.

Scotland (4-2): Grace Fryda had a team-high 15 kills to go with six kills and three aces. Makayla Friederich added nine digs and five aces, while Kennedy Bietz recorded six kills and 14 digs. Rylee Conrad dished out 18 assists. The Highlanders travel to Scotland on Monday.

Andes Central/Dakota Christian (0-5): Mackenzie Muckey recorded eight digs and six kills. Allison Muckey chipped in eight digs, seven assists and two kills, while Lexie Vanderpol chipped in five kills and three digs. The Thunder play Tripp-Delmont/Armour on Sept. 22 in Armour.

PRESHO -- Class A No. 3 Winner stayed perfect with a sweep win over Lyman on Tuesday. Set scores were 25-8, 25-8 and 25-17.

Winner (6-0): Ellie Brozik finished with 20 kills, while Shannon Calhoon and Kalla Bertram had seven kills apiece. Bertram added eight aces and nine digs. Mackenzie Levi dished out 31 assists. SALEM -- Class A No. 1 Sioux Falls Christian stayed perfect on the season with a win over McCook Central/Montrose on Tuesday. Set scores were 25-11, 27-29, 25-15 and 25-16.

Sioux Falls Christian (6-0): Abby Glanzer and Katie Van Egdom both had 15 kills, while Glanzer served five aces. Kelsi Heard dished out 50 assists to go with four aces. Kylah vanDonkersgood had 14 digs and Van Egdom added 13 kills. The Chargers host Sioux Falls Roosevelt on Thursday.

McCook Central/Montrose (2-7): Maggie Miles dished out 18 assists. Katelyn Lueth put down 12 kills. Riley Morrison had a team-high 24 kills and Mesa Bartmann added 16 digs. The Fighting Cougars travel to Beresford on Thursday.

GREGORY -- Gregory held Bennett County to four points in the first set in a straight set win on Tuesday. Set scores were 25-4, 25-23 and 26-24.

Gregory (3-4): Jessy Jo Vanderwerff finished with 10 digs, five kills and four aces. Brynn Hylla added 10 digs and seven assists. Anna Dargatz put down seven kills. The Gorillas host Boyd County (Neb.) and Stuart (Neb.) on Thursday.
