GULF SHORES, Ala.-After placing sixth in the women's shot put on Friday, Dakota Wesleyan University junior Mikaela Stofferahn added her second top-10 finish at the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday.
Stofferahn placed ninth in the discus, throwing 141 feet, 2 inches for the Tigers, helping the DWU women place 23rd in the team standings with 13 points.
Meanwhile, Tyson Jenkins placed 10th in the men's shot put with a throw of 54 feet, 2 3/4 inches. Gregory native Matthew Campbell was 11th with a throw of 53 feet, 7 3/4 inches and Caden Milmine was 26th at 41 feet, 8 inches.
The DWU men placed 40th with seven points.
