Kruse, Jung earn all-GPAC honors
Two Dakota Wesleyan University volleyball players earned all-Great Plains Athletic Conference honors, it was announced Wednesday.
Junior setter Briana Jung and sophomore outside hitter Sarah Kruse were honorable mention selections. This is the first all-conference honor for both players.
Jung, a Warner native, finished eighth in the GPAC with 632 assists and 10th in the league with 5.5 assists per set. Jung also recorded 197 digs and 25 aces.
Kruse, a George, Iowa, native, led DWU (7-28, 0-16 GPAC) with 226 kills, 68 digs and 22 blocks.
