Three Tigers named to NAIA All-America team

The Dakota Wesleyan University basketball program had a trio of players named a NAIA All-American, while two more were named honorable mention.

On the men's side, Ty Hoglund was selected as a first-team All-American as he ranked fifth in NAIA Division II in scoring (26.3 ppg). Nick Harden was named a honorable mention All-American, too. They helped the Tigers finish 23-10 and advance to the second round of the national tournament.

On the women's side, Alexandria native Kynedi Cheeseman was named a first-team All-American, while Sarah Carr made the second team. Rylie Osthus was named a honorable mention All-American, as well. They helped the Tigers finish 31-6 this season and reach the national semifinals.

Northwestern forward and Ethan native Darbi Gustafson was named to the third team.
