The Dakota Wesleyan University softball team had six members named to the Great Plains Athletic Conference all-conference team on Wednesday.

Senior Hailey Unger and freshman Savannah Ahumada were named first team All-GPAC, while senior and Mitchell native Katy Lazenby and freshman Sierra Haage were second-team selections. Senior Vanessa Mendez and freshman Paige Kinley were honorable mention.

The six All-GPAC honors are the most for DWU since 2007.
