BROOKINGS-The South Dakota State University football team now knows its opponent for the second round of the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision playoffs.
The Jackrabbits are slated to host Duquesne (9-3) at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium.
The Dukes scored 31 unanswered points to beat Towson Saturday on the road, 31-10. SDSU (8-2) is seeded fifth and earned a first-round bye to make its seventh consecutive appearance in the FCS playoffs, and is a top-eight seed for third straight year.
The two teams met in the 2017 season opener, with the Jackrabbits scoring a 51-13 home victory. Saturday's game marks the third all-time meeting between the programs, with the first coming in 1932.
SDSU and Duquesne are set to kickoff at 2 p.m., with the game available to be streamed on ESPN3.
