HURON-Sanborn Central/Woonsocket's Rex Schlicht won three events at the Sunshine Bible Academy Invite on Tuesday in Huron.
Schlicht won the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 41.4 seconds, the 1,600 (4:57.7) and the 800 (2:13.9) as the Blackhawks took fourth with 60 points. Kimball/White Lake took sixth with 57 points and Wessington Springs took ninth with 29 points.
James Valley Christian won the 14-team boys event with 145 points, while Potter County took the girls event with 105 points.
The WiLdKats girls took sixth with 63, SCW finished 11th with 19 points and Wessington Springs took 13th with nine points.
Wessington Springs' Nick Paulson won the long jump with a leap of 19 feet, 11.5 inches. KWL's Todd Kieffer won the discus (124-06) and shot put (42-05), while Garrett Wessel took second in the high jump with a leap of 5-09.

KWL's Oakley Jandreau took second in the 800 with a time of 2:36 seconds, while SCW's Myah Selland took second in the high jump with a leap of 4-10.
