Mitchell's plans to travel to Watertown for high school girls tennis action Monday were called off due to rain in the forecast.

The Kernels will instead head to Watertown for a dual at 11 a.m. Tuesday, and then head south to Madison to face the Bulldogs at 4 p.m. Tuesday. That dual was previously scheduled to be played in Mitchell until the weather forced the location change and it wipes out Mitchell's home regular-season finale.

After Tuesday's two duals, Mitchell (12-4 in duals) will finish the regular season on Tuesday, Sept. 28 at the Eastern South Dakota Conference championships in Huron.
