MITCHELL — The Mitchell High School girls basketball program will hold its summer camp dates on June 15-16 at the Mitchell High School gym.
The camp will be run by MHS assistant coaches Esther Witte, Dave Brooks and McKenzie Mertens, along with members of the girls basketball team.
The summer camp is open to all girls entering grades K-12 at a cost of $40 per individual. If a family of two or more is signing up, the cost will be $60. Scholarships are available if payment is an issue.
This camp will provide a great chance for girls to learn about the game of basketball and practice the skills needed to build a successful player and program.
The camp will be a mix of both fundamentals and competition-based drills. Each camper will receive a t-shirt on the second day and prizes will also be awarded on the final day of camp.
