The Platte-Geddes boys and the Burke/South Central girls golf teams emerged victorious at the Burke/South Central Gregory golf tournament on Friday.

The P-G boys finished with a team score of 267 in Burke, holding off Kimball/White Lake by four strokes. B/SC had a score of 279 in Gregory, with second-place Mount Vernon/Plankinton finishing with 315 strokes.

Andes Central/Dakota Christian's JJ Cooney won the individual title for the boys event, finishing with an 80, beating out Bon Homme's Alec Johnson on a tiebreaker after they each had the same score after 18 holes. Kimball/White Lake's Devon Munsen shot an 82 for third place.

B/SC's Taylee Indahl won the girls individual title, finishing with a 80. Scotland's Maggie Fiscel finished one shot back, shooting an 81.
