WESSINGTON SPRINGS-Abbie Reynen had an efficient shooting night in helping the Mitchell Christian girls basketball team to defeat Wessington Springs 31-15 on Saturday in Wessington Springs.
Reynen was 4-of-5 from the floor-including making three 3-pointers-and had a game-high 13 points.
"Abbie is just growing in confidence," Golden Eagles head coach Jackie Van Laecken said. "She's a gifted athlete. Her inside outside game has been great."
Emily Reynen contributed seven points for the Golden Eagles, as Mitchell Christian shot 30 percent from the floor and limited Wessington Springs to 13 percent.
"We're really happy with the girls and how our ball movement was offensively," Van Laecken said.

Jaycee Hohn and Chasity Vissia led Wessington Springs with four points each.
Mitchell Christian (3-0) takes on Kimball/White Lake on Thursday in Kimball, while Wessington Springs (0-2) faces Redfield/Doland today in Redfield.
