Mitchell native Macy Miller recorded eight points in her second WNBA preseason game for the Seattle Storm on Friday.

The former South Dakota State University women’s basketball player finished 3-for-5 from the field and nailed her lone 3-pointer of the game in 14 minutes of action.

The Storm lost to the Los Angeles Sparks, 92-85. Seattle finished the preseason 0-2 and will now open the regular season on May 25 against the Phoenix Mercury.
