South Dakota State University sophomore Macy Miller earned her second Summit League player of the week honor this season on Monday.

Miller, a former Mitchell Kernel, averaged 16 points by shooting 66.7 percent from the field and 50 percent from behind the arc and added 3.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists in two games.

In the Jackrabbits' upset win over then No. 16 DePaul on Dec. 15, Miller had 19 points on 7-of-12 shooting.

Against Green Bay, Miller had 13 points, six rebounds and five assists in the team's one-point loss on Saturday.

Miller and teammate Kerri Young, also a Mitchell native, have combined to earn three Summit League player of the week honors this season.
