The Mitchell Christian girls scored a season-high 56 points in a 56-19 victory over Marion on Tuesday in Mitchell.
"The girls did a good job moving the ball and hitting their shots tonight," Golden Eagles head coach Jackie Van Laecken said. "We applied pressure and got some quick buckets off of that. We took them to take this win and use it to help focus on Ethan on Thursday."
Emily Reynen led the Golden Eagles with 18 points, six rebounds and five assists, Abbie Reynen had 13 points and five steals and Kelsey Thompson had 11 points and five assists in the win.
"Abbie and Emily know each other well and feed off of each other," Van Laecken said. "Both of them do a good job leading the team."
Mitchell Christian made 25 field goals and grabbed 21 rebounds in the contest.

Elizabeth Davis led Marion with four points and eight rebounds. Marion made seven field goals and grabbed 21 rebounds.
Mitchell Christian (6-8) takes on Ethan on Thursday in Mitchell, while Marion (0-10) faces Gayville-Volin on Saturday in Yankton.
