The Mitchell Mad Dogs will move into postseason play starting July 28 in Sioux Falls, taking on the Sioux Falls Saints.
The game will be played at 8 p.m. at Harmodon Park.
The Mad Dogs' region includes the Saints, the Vermillion Red Sox and the Yankton Tappers and the region play will continue at Riverside Park in Yankton on July 30. The top two teams will advance to the Class A state tournament's opening round, being held in Aberdeen Aug. 5-7.
The Mad Dogs (5-13) close out the regular season at 5 p.m. Sunday, taking on the Yankton Tappers in Yankton.
