PLATTE-Kimball-White Lake edged Platte 5-3 in the championship game of the 15-16 Region 4B title game on Thursday in Platte. Kimball-White Lake and Platte will now both play in the state tournament.
Kimball-White Lake will host the tournament on Aug. 5-7.
Corsica/Stickney beat Gregory 7-6 in Thursday's first game. Platte advanced to the championship game with an 8-6 win over Corsica/Stickney in eight innings.
