HURON -- Corsica-Stickney fell to Hitchcock-Tulare in the seventh-place match at the Class B state volleyball tournament on Saturday. The set scores were 25-13, 25-15, 24-26 and 28-26.
Raven Barse led the Jaguars with 13 kills and 20 digs. Morgan DeLange and Paige Wright finished with eight kills apiece. DeLange added 10 digs. Sutten Eide dished out 36 assists and had 22 digs. Morgan Clites finished with 28 digs and Avery Broughton added 15 digs.
Hitchcock-Tulare’s Dannyn Peterson led the Patriots with 12 kills and 16 digs. Kenidee Enander recorded 42 assists and 12 digs.
