PLATTE-The Platte-Geddes/Dakota Christian baseball team defeated Todd County 10-0 in six innings on Thursday in Platte.
Colten Plooster earned the win for the Honkers, giving up one hit in six innings pitched with nine strikeouts. Plooster added two hits and two RBIs, while Seth Kirsch finished with three hits and two RBIs.
The Honkers finished the game with 11 hits, no errors and seven runners left on base, while Todd County had one hit and six errors in the loss.
PG/DC (3-0) plays Bennett County on Sunday in Martin.
