EAGLE, Neb. - Tom Hogg tied for second place individually and the Dakota Wesleyan University men's golf team finished third at the Great Plains Athletic Conference men's golf championships.
Northwestern won the team title with a score of 1227, followed by Morningside at 1236 and DWU at 1240 after 72 holes. Morningside's Corey Matthey won the individual title with a cumulative score of 302.
Hogg shot a final round 3-over-par 74 to tie for second with Midland's Joe Vest at 305. Connor Preston shot a 79, finishing tied for 13th with a score of 314. Michael Whitney was 16th at 315 after a final round 81 and Russell Pick finished tied for 17th overall (319) following a 76 on the final day.
