Harrisburg's big fourth inning dooms Mitchell White

Harrisburg scored all seven of its runs in the fourth inning to defeat Mitchell White 7-4 in teener baseball action Sunday.

HARRISBURG -- Harrisburg scored all seven of its runs in the fourth inning to defeat Mitchell White 7-4 in teener baseball action Sunday.

Mitchell got on the board first with two runs in the top of the fourth, sparked by an RBI triple by Jackson Hartman. But Harrisburg responded by notching four hits and three walks in the bottom of the inning.

Kendan Skinner had an RBI single in the fifth and Hartman stole home in the sixth, but Mitchell (17-23) could not draw closer.

Hartman finished 2-for-3, while Tyler Christensen added an RBI. Hartman, Christensen, Skinner and Dawson Jonnassen combined to allow seven earned runs on six hits and six walks.

Harrisburg's Griffin Smith allowed two earned runs on six hits and 12 strikeouts in six innings.
