Gregory's Beck commits to Dakota State University

GREGORY-JJ Beck, a four-year starter at Gregory High School, committed to play football at Dakota State University on Thursday.

He was named a Class 9AA all-state fullback for the second straight year this season, as well as being honorable mention in 2016. He racked up 862 rushing yards, 216 receiving yards and 15 total touchdowns as a senior. Defensively, he led the team in tackles (84), tackles for loss (12) and sacks (3), as well as intercepting a pass.

Beck also helped lead the Gorillas to back-to-back state titles in 2016 and 2017.
