Four basketball coaches have confirmed they are not going to apply for the Mitchell High School boys' basketball head coaching position.
Dakota Wesleyan women's coach Jason Christensen, Huron boys' coach Tim Buddenhagen and Mitchell assistant coaches Chris Weier and Clint Kiewel have all confirmed with The Daily Republic that they won't apply for the job, which opened Monday after Tom Young resigned.
