La CROSSE, Wis. - Amanda Hart hit four 3-pointers to put her at 303 career three-point shots en route to leading the Dakota Wesleyan University women’s basketball team to a 75-71 win over Bethel University (Ind.) Saturday at the Viterbo Classic.
Hart finished with 12 points, and five other Tigers scored in double figures. Kim Johnson led the way with 15 points and eight rebounds, followed by Celeste Beck with 12 and Micaela Erickson, Taylor Piper and Katie Johnson with 10 apiece.
DWU trailed 45-41 at halftime, but outscored Bethel 38-30 in the second half.
The Tigers shot 43.3 percent from the field and 57.9 percent from the free-throw line, while outrebounding Bethel 43-40 in the game.
Bethel was led by Aimee Swihart with 24 points and Erin Hunt and Angelique each had 14 points.

The Tigers (4-1) host Dakota State University at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Corn Palace.
