Tuesday's NAIA basketball poll saw the Dakota Wesleyan University women remain at No. 2 in the country and the men falling out of the top 25.
DWU women's basketball is 9-0 overall and 5-0 in Great Plains Athletic Conference play to start the year, with wins over four ranked teams. The Tigers accumulated 302 points in the rankings, while top-ranked Concordia has 312 and received all 12 first-place votes.
The men, which were initially ranked No. 17, fell out of the rankings after losses in two of its last three games. DWU is 7-2 overall and 3-2 in the GPAC. However, it still received the most votes of unranked teams.
DWU plays Briar Cliff today in Sioux City, Iowa, with the women tipping off at 6 p.m. and the men at 8 p.m.
