DWU men’s soccer drops GPAC game to Midland

FREMONT, Neb. -- The Dakota Wesleyan University men’s soccer team dropped a 7-2 game to Midland (Neb.) in Great Plains Athletic Conference play on Saturday.

Ndrin Maloku scored the game’s first goal for the Tigers, but Midland netted the next four goals. The Warriors scored five times in the second half, while Maloku added a second goal after the break, as well.

Midland held a 9-5 advantage in shots on goal, while DWU’s Matthew Campbell earned two saves. Maloku had four shots on goal.

DWU (2-7-1, 1-6-1 GPAC) plays Presentation at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in Aberdeen.
