Pairings for the Dakota Wesleyan University Classic girls basketball were announced on Tuesday.
Four high school girls basketball games will take place on Feb. 10 at the Corn Palace in Mitchell.
Canistota will face Burke/South Central at 4 p.m., while Bridgewater-Emery takes on Parkston at 5:30 p.m. No. 1 Ethan will battle Mount Vernon/Plankinton at 7 p.m. and Hanson plays Pine Ridge at 8:30 p.m. in the final game of the night.
This is the second year the DWU Classic features girls basketball contests.
The boys event will start at 10 a.m. on Feb. 11 and features nine Class B schools -- Bridgewater-Emery, Chester Area, Corsica-Stickney, De Smet, Irene-Wakonda, Langford Area, Sanborn Central/Woonsocket, Sully Buttes and White River -- and seven Class A schools -- Aberdeen Roncalli, Chamberlain, Dell Rapids, Mount Vernon/Plankinton, Pine Ridge, Sioux Falls Christian, and St. Thomas More.
