FARGO, N.D.-The Dakota Wesleyan University baseball team dropped a 3-2 game against NCAA Division I North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota.
The Tigers jumped out to a 2-0 lead after the third inning, but could not maintain the advantage. The Bison knotted the score at 2-2 in the seventh and scored a walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth to win the game.
DWU's Jarrod Zens went 3-for-3, while Hartman Katz and Landon Neugebauer both had two hits. Reed Harter had an RBI-single.
The Tigers (15-22) will play at Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, on Saturday and Sunday.
