Dakota Wesleyan University basketball teams draw Concordia University in GPAC openers

DWU men's basketball team to host Concordia on Wednesday

The Dakota Wesleyan University basketball teams will both play Concordia University in the Great Plains Athletic Conference tournaments on Wednesday.

The DWU men’s basketball team earned the No. 4 seed and will play the Bulldogs at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Corn Palace. The DWU women’s basketball team is the No. 7 seed and will play Concordia at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Seward, Nebraska.

Morningside College is the No. 1 seed in the men’s tournament and will play Mount Marty at 8 p.m. Wednesday in Sioux City, Iowa. The other men’s first-round pairings include: No. 6 Dordt at No. 3 Jamestown and No. 7 Briar Cliff at No. 2 Northwestern.
