Bridgewater-Emery, Mount Vernon/Plankinton coaches to be special guests at Jan. 24 Mitchell QB Club

Meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. at The Depot

The Mitchell Quarterback Club will host basketball coaches from Bridgewater-Emery and Mount Vernon/Plankinton at its next meeting.

The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held at 7 p.m. on Jan. 24 at the Freight Room at The Depot. Coaches to be on hand will include MVP boys basketball coach Eric Denning, MVP girls basketball coach Preston Kristensen and Bridgewater-Emery boys basketball coach Scott Schultz.

Coaches from Mitchell High School and Dakota Wesleyan University are invited to speak as well. The organization is holding regular meetings on Monday nights during the basketball season to avoid conflicts with Dakota Wesleyan basketball games.
