Chamberlain gymnastics team wins Wagner Invitational

WAGNER--The Chamberlain gymnastics team was victorious at the Wagner Invitational on Saturday in Wagner, winning the event with a team score of 125.240.

WAGNER-The Chamberlain gymnastics team was victorious at the Wagner Invitational on Saturday in Wagner, winning the event with a team score of 125.240.

Wagner/Bon Homme took second in the event with a 119.300, while Parkston/Ethan/Hanson placed fifth with a 99.500.

Chamberlain's Shantel Bairey won the all-around competition with a score of 33.350, and took first place in the vault event with a 8.750. Bairey also finished second in the floor event with a 9.050.

Parkston/Ethan/Hanson's McKenzie Prunty won the beam event with a 8.350, while her teammate Jada Plastow finished second with a 7.850.
