Cavs' Miller likely to return to action Wednesday

Cleveland Cavaliers forward and former Mitchell Kernel Mike Miller will miss tonight's home game against the Charlotte Hornets, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported.

Miller, 34, has missed the last five games after suffering a concussion on Dec. 4.

"We were able to get him out there (Sunday) for some three-on-three here after practice," Cleveland head coach David Blatt said. "And tomorrow we'll evaluate his response to that and know where to go for the next step."

Miller will more than likely return on Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks.

"We're staying true to the process and Mike got out there and at least, while he was playing, seemed to feel pretty good," said Blatt. "We'll see how he reacts."
