The pairings are set for the annual Big East Conference boys basketball tournament, which will be held Thursday through Saturday.

Games will be played in Volga and Parker during the first two rounds, including No. 1 Sioux Valley hosting No. 8-seed Howard at 8 p.m. Thursday in Volga. Fourth-seeded Flandreau and fifth-seeded McCook Central/Montrose will precede the Cossacks and Tigers at 6:30 p.m. in Volga. The other quarterfinal games are in Parker and include No. 2 Chester and No. 7 Baltic at 6:30 p.m., and No. 3 Parker playing No. 6 Garretson at 8 p.m.

All teams will return to the same sites on Friday to play in the semifinals and consolation semifinals before Saturday's final games are played in Baltic, with the seventh place game at 2 p.m., followed by games at 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. and the championship game at 7 p.m.

Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students each day and a shot clock will be used in all contests.
