Dakota Wesleyan University women's golfer Dani Bellet earned the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports women's golfer-of the week award, it was announced Wednesday.
Bellet capped off her junior season with her victory at the Great Plains Athletic Conference's fourth qualifier of the season Saturday at Fox Run Golf Course in Yankton.
Bellet won her third straight GPAC individual title by 25 strokes over the second-place finisher.
Bellet won three of the four GPAC qualifiers this season. She won 11 of the 14 tournaments the Tigers entered, and has earned weekly GPAC honors seven times this season and 15 overall in her three-year career.
