Bridgewater-Emery (5-5): Chase Arend recorded 22 points, six rebounds, six steals and four assists for the Huskies. Tyler Kjetland added nine points and six rebounds in the win. Rylee Schultz finished with eight points. The Huskies travel to Ethan today.
Colman-Egan (1-6): Chase Hemmer finished with 10 points and four rebounds. Dalton Voelker and Ty Hiller each scored eight points, while Voelker also grabbed 12 rebounds. The Hawks play Oldham-Ramona/Rutland today in Rutland.

CORSICA -- Class B No. 1 Corsica-Stickney’s smothering defense held Platte-Geddes in check on Monday in girls basketball action.
Corsica-Stickney (7-0): Avery Broughton poured in 33 points to go with seven rebounds and two steals. Raven Barse added nine points and 10 rebounds. Rachel Gerlach scored nine points in the win. The Jaguars travel to Mitchell Christian today.
Platte-Geddes (1-6): Karly VanDerWerff and Taryn Starr both scored nint points. VanDerWerff also pulled down a team-high eight rebounds. The Black Panthers play Tripp-Delmont/Armour Friday in Armour.

HOWARD -- Howard picked up its sixth girls basketball win of the season on Monday, as it took down Elkton-Lake Benton.
Howard (6-1): Hilary Albrecht finished with 15 points, seven rebounds and two steals. Presley Claussen and Canyon Kidd each scored six points, while Abby Connor chipped in seven points and four boards. The Tigers host De Smet today.
Elkton-Lake Benton (1-6): Julia Drietz finished with 15 points and three steals. Hannah Krog added eight points, seven rebounds and three steals. The Elks play Oldham-Ramona/Rutland Thursday in Elkton.
