Burke (2-6): Taylee Indahl paved the way with 21 points and six rebounds for the Cougars. Bobbi Jo Wischmann added 12 points, while she and Sierra Swan both grabbed six boards, as well. The Cougars travel to Colome on Thursday.

MENNO-Menno edged Alcester-Hudson at home despite being down six points at the end of the third quarter in girls basketball action Friday.

Menno (5-2): Morgan Edelman and Kiara Nusz combined for 32 points, scoring 20 and 12, respectively. Tess Oplinger added eight. Eisley Sayler led the rebounding with nine, while Edelman chipped in six boards, seven steals and five assists. The Wolves host Canistota on Tuesday.
