WHITE LAKE -- Kimball/White Lake breezed past Canistota on Saturday, 25-18, 25-14 and 26-24 as Ryann Nielsen recorded her 1,000th career assist.
Kimball/White Lake (8-3): Nielsen posted 25 assists and six digs in the match. Kennedy Leiferman had nine kills, seven digs, four blocks and three aces. Dani Deffenbaugh pitched in nine kills. The WiLdKats travel to Chamberlain on Tuesday.
Canistota (1-8): Kayla Papendick had five kills and 23 digs, while Kenzy Krinke tossed in four kills and 11 digs. Mykkah Krinke handed out 11 assists. The Hawks travel to Menno on Tuesday.
James Valley Christian 3, SCW 1
HURON -- Sanborn Central/Woonsocket fell behind James Valley Christian by two sets and could not recover in a 281 Conference tournament loss on Saturday, 25-23, 25-14, 22-25 and 25-19.
James Valley Christian (4-6): Angelina Zuccaro notched 12 kills and 13 digs, while Julia Blom had 11 kills and Brenna Held added nine kills and three blocks. Karilyn Wieting handed out 32 assists and Olivia Rink had 12 digs. The Vikings continue the 281 Conference tournament on Monday.

Sanborn Central/Woonsocket (4-7): Trista White had 10 kills and 15 digs, while Brooke Doering had 12 kills. Morgan Schmiedt had 22 assists and 14 digs and Teya Moody added seven assists and 17 digs. Kaitlyn Brueske and Cassidy Slykhuis had seven and six kills, respectively. The Blackhawks face Wessington Springs in the 281 Conference tournament on Monday in Woonsocket.

WOLSEY -- Wolsey-Wessington won three hard-fought sets to sweep Wessington Springs in a 281 Conference match on Saturday.
Wolsey-Wessington (5-5): Leah Williams had 12 kills and 11 digs, while Lainey Uttecht added eight kills. Macie Luce pitched in five kills, 11 digs and three blocks. Alyssa Hiles came up with 14 digs.
Wessington Springs (4-6): Alyssa Grohs dished out 17 assists, while Maddie Privett came up with 27 digs. Emma Gran had seven kills and Cheyenne Burg had five aces. The Spartans face Sanborn Central/Woonsocket in the 281 Conference tournament on Monday in Woonsocket.
