DIMOCK-Parkston scored runs in five innings and knocked off Turner-Hutch 14-7 in the Region 1B West Division tournament on Wednesday.

Trailing 7-5 entering the bottom of the fourth inning, Parkston's Cade Gemar and Sutton Hohn hit back-to-back RBI singles to even the score.

The Trojans blew the game open with three runs in the fifth and four more in the sixth inning.

Parkston's Brady Albrecht finished 3-for-5, with two doubles, two RBIs and two runs scored. Brayden Leischner went 2-for-3 and drove in two runs. Dawson Semmler, Brady Schoenfelder and Nate Doering each had a hit.

Kade Bialas earned the win, pitching three innings, striking out two batters, giving up one hit and zero runs.

Parkston advances to the next round of the Region 1B West Division tournament.

Bon Homme/Scotland 8, Wagner 0

TABOR-Bon Homme/Scotland blanked Wagner 8-0 in the Region 1B West Division tournament on Wednesday in Tabor.

For Bon Homme/Scotland, Bryce Scieszinski went 2-for-4 and drove in three runs. Tanner VanDriel went 3-for-4, scored three runs and drove in a run. Christian Uecker added two hits and an RBI. Josh Schmidt and Tyler Kopp each had a hit in the win.

Uecker picked up the win, striking out eight batters, scattering three hits and giving up zero runs.

For Wagner, Mato Perry, Alex Sully and Chance Blaha each had a hit.
