The Mitchell Aquatic club played host to the Huron Park & Recreation Wobbegongs on Sunday for its Winter Dual swim meet.
MAC had a host of winners spread across the entire meet, but 11-year-old Christian Stange and nine-year-old Ethan Plamp each finished on top of the podium in six different events.
Stange competed in the boys 11-12 division and scored wins in the 100-yard individual medley, 50 butterfly, 50 backstroke and 50 freestyle, while also participating in the mixed 12 and under 100-freestyle relay and 100 medley relay teams, where he joined forces with Plamp.
Plamp competed individually in the boys 9-10 division, picking up wins in the 100 individual medley, 50 backstroke, 50 freestyle and 50 breaststroke.
Eleven-year-old Abigail Warmbrand won the girls 11-12 50-yard butterfly, 50 backstroke and 100 individual medley, while 10-year-old Kambyl Wede won the 50 breaststroke, 50 backstroke and 100 individual medley in the girls 9-10 division. Both girls also competed on the winning relays with Stange and Plamp.
Cailey Scott won three individual events in the girls 15 and older division-the 100 butterfly, 100 backstroke and 200 individual medley-and also picked up a win on the mixed 13-and-over freestyle relay team with Jayda Walton, Jay Paulson and Ethan Huber.
Huber, 17, also won the boys 15-and-over 100 backstroke and the 100 breaststroke while participating on the first-place 13-and-over 200 medley relay, as well. Addison Bertram was strong in the girls side of the 15-and-over division, winning the 100 freestyle and 100 breaststroke, while Walton took home victories in the girls 13-14 100 freestyle and 100 butterfly.
Eight-year-old Katie Gukeisen won three events in the 8U division, with first-place medals in the 25 butterfly, 25 freestyle and 25 backstroke.
