WESSINGTON SPRINGS—Noah Hainy struck out 11 batters as Woonsocket/Wessington Springs/Sanborn Central downed Oldham-Ramona/Rutland 6-2 in prep baseball action on Thursday.

The right-hander scattered four hits and allowed two unearned runs in the complete game outing. He issued just one walk in 94 pitches.

Offensively, Trey Weber, Sawyer Senska and John Witte all had a hit apiece for Woonsocket/Wessington Springs/Sanborn Central. Weber, Senska, Trent Kingsbury and Gunnar Brandenburg all drove in a run.

The Blackhawks host Miller/Wolsey-Wessington on Saturday at 1 p.m.
