Area basketball roundup: Rustlers sweep TDA at Palace

Ethan pulled away from Tripp-Delmont/Armour for a 57-52 boys basketball victory on Friday at the Corn Palace.

Ethan (10-10): Brady Hawkins recorded a double-double, scoring 22 points with 11 rebounds. Derek Storm added 14 points and eight assists, while Abiah Plastow chipped in 13 points and 11 rebounds. Up next: The Rustlers play in the Region 4B tournament on Feb. 27.

Tripp-Delmont/Armour (6-13): Micah Lau led TDA with 15 points. Trevor Lau posted 13 points and Kasan Abedi netted 11 points. Daniel Fuoss collected seven rebounds. Up next: The Nighthawks host Colome on Friday in Armour.
