WAGNER -- Alexandria blasted four home runs and Matt Wilber struck out 10 batters as the Angels rolled past Wagner 15-6 in a Sunshine League amateur baseball game on Tuesday.

Jordan Gau, Tyson Gau, Reid Smith and Cole Wenande each belted home runs as Alexandria racked up 18 total hits against the Rockets.

Jordan Gau finished 4-for-5 at the plate (two doubles) and drove in four runs. Reid Smith and Peyton Smith both finished with three hits apiece. Reid Smith drove in three runs, while Peyton Smith had three RBIs. Wenande, Tyson Gau and Jordan Greicar both had two hits apiece. Wenande had three RBIs. Chris Mark and Jerrod Zens each had a hit.

Wilber surrendered nine hits, six runs (four earned) and issued four walks in eight innings.

For Wagner, Alex Kocer and Ezra Bartlett had two hits apiece. Bartlett cracked a home run. Derek Soukup, Hunter Hewitt, Grant Lang, Andy Soukup and Preston Nedved each had a hit.

Kocer took the loss on the mound. He scattered 13 hits, struck out six batters and gave up eight earned runs in seven innings for Wagner (1-5 Sunshine League).

Alexandria (7-4, 6-1 Sunshine League) hosts Platte on Thursday.

KWL 10, Colome 3

COLOME -- Wesley Kroupa did a little bit of everything for Kimball/White Lake on Tuesday.

Kroupa finished with three hits, two RBIs and struck out four batters to power Kimball/White Lake to a Pony Hills League victory over Colome.

Trent Wookey and Jesse Kroupa each had two hits apiece.

For Colome, Ethan Vobr finished with three hits. Ben Connot, Jake Luse, Mike Cahoy and Jake Hrabanek each had two hits. Luse took the loss. He gave up 13 hits, 10 runs (seven earned) and fanned two batters in nine innings.

Kimball/White Lake (4-1 Pony Hills League) plays at Miller on Thursday. Colome (2-5 Pony Hills League) hosts South Central on Thursday.
