To the Editor:
I’m grateful to Joyce Scott, of Brookings, for her letter on Sept. 23. She expressed my sentiments exactly.
I certainly don’t think it is any great honor for South Dakota to be on top per capita for cases of COVID. People are dying and still Mrs. Noem refuses to accept the fact that masks are necessary to stop the spread of this ugly virus. I also suggest Mrs. Noem stay home and take care of her constituents instead of cozying up to Mr. Trump, a man who lies, swears, puts people down and now seems to think all mail-in voting is illegal. Those of us who vote absentee seem to be the evil ones. It also sounds like he intends to contest the election if he loses.
People of South Dakota and America, I say wake up!
