Letter: Time for the governor to ride back where she came from

Her ads along with Sen. Thune are disgusting and I suggest we send them both back to where they came from.

To the Editor:

I continue to be appalled at the things our governor does! What will be next — to speak at an NRA event at the same time families were grieving the loss of their children at the hands of a sick young man with an assault rifle. Not far away from that scene either. How heartless can one be?

I do not believe these kinds of weapons should be available for anyone much less to disturbed folks. No one is asking to lose our Second Amendment rights, but these weapons need only be for trained folks and used for special purposes.

Then, did Gov. Noem use our South Dakota plane with South Dakota taxpayer money to get there? It is time she rides out to where she came from with her fancy hat, buckle, etc., on a horse. Not very impressive, governor!

Her ads along with Sen. Thune are disgusting and I suggest we send them both back to where they came from.
