To the Editor:
Two recent articles in the Mitchell Republic have mentioned that Megan Suarez was opposed to the way that the Casey’s lot was sold. I would like to state that as a small, downtown business owner since 2013 and a real estate taxpayer in Mitchell since 1986, I too, am disappointed with how the Casey’s lot was liquidated.
I am not going to point fingers nor will I cast blame, but I did want to show my support for Megan and let others know that she is not, and has never been, alone with her concern over how the sale of the lot transpired.
