To the Editor:
I would like to express my support and agreement with the actions described in the article “Judge Blocks COVID-19 vaccine rule for health workers in 10 states” which was written by Tom Hals and published on December 1st, 2021.
Our president, if he gets his way, will try to make it mandatory of all health workers to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. I see this as a violation of the rights of Americans. I think people should have the freedom to choose what vaccines and other products they put in their body.
I don’t think it is just to force people to get the vaccine because of their profession, especially since the vaccine seems hurried and you could have serious reactions. And due to recent rulings, apparently two judges also believe this to be an over step of authority.
