To the Editor:

I am fairly new to District 20, and like many I have read recent articles involving the state senate race in order to determine which candidate best fits my views. Recently, there was an opinion article with the proverb "The Town Ahead." After having read this I was enlightened, until I came to the part about the candidates.

I am from the "other" town that was friendly, warm and people went out of their way to be helpful. I find this sort of behavior in Josh Klumb. He didn't have to be kind or helpful, but that is all that he has been and made me feel welcomed into the community.

Having someone who will stick with their values yet listen to others, like Josh Klumb, is someone I want to see as our next state senator.
