To the Editor:
I see where the Labor Department has come up with 227,000 new jobs. Of course Trump would like to take credit for that. I don't see where Trump has done anything to create those jobs besides most of those jobs would have been created while Obama was still president. If any one man should get credit for creating those jobs, it should be Obama.
Trump's travel-limiting plan may be alright, but it should have had some exceptions written into it. I understand they are working on that now so if they get it doctored up we may be able to live with it.
Also, the Republicans got elected on the promise that the first thing they would do would be retire the Obama health care plan and replace it with something better. They have found out that is not so easy to do. They have had plenty of time and have not been able to come up with a satisfactory plan yet.
